ⅰ. Installation, Commissioning & Training

1. This quotation price include the cost for the machine line and provide the processing technology and formula.

2. If  buyer  requires any local installment or debugging, or workers training he should pay for Visa, round-trip ticket and accommodation fees of our engineers, 200USD/day and other cost occurred.

3. if the machine line is finished, we can testing machine for customer free.

4. We offer equipment layout drawing and electric drawing.  

ⅱ. Package Terms

We guarantee all Items shall be packed in suitable waterproof containers to permit safe transportation.

3. Documents For Operation Manuals For the Supplied Equipment, and Manufacturing Process Of The Whole Production Line (2 sets in English)

ⅴ. Warranty

1.Warranty Time: Guarantee 1 Year Time (except the consumables) Including Maintenance Service and Technical Support for Lifetime

2.  We warrants that all Goods delivered shall be brand-new and will not be used or refurbished,

3. We warrant that all goods delivered shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall conform to all applicable specifications for a period of twelve (12) months from the data of finishing installation in buyer’s workshop.

4. If the purchaser identifies a warranty problem with any parts during the warranty period, the purchaser has the right to replace the parts or ask for those parts repaired, at supplier’s expense during warranty period.

5. We are responsible for supplying any required parts or additional parts for the buyer even beyond the warranty period with reasonable and favorable charge.

6. Artificial damages or wrong operation excluded.

ⅵ. Delivery and Payment Terms:

l  Delivery Time:  within 40 days after receiving down payment.

Payment Terms: 30% deposit，other 70% payoff before shipping. We can accept USD,ERUO or RMB paying from abroad.
